Oaxaca Mule

  • 1.5 oz of 400 Conejos® Tobalá Mezcal
  • 3 Cucumber Slices
  • .50 oz Agave Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • .75 Passion Fruit Juice (Purée Hard To Source At Times)
  • Top w/Chilled Ginger Beer
  • Garnish: Rabbit Ear Shaped Cucumber Slices

Add cucumber slices and agave nectar to a shaker and muddle. Add mezcal, lime juice and Purée to the shaker with ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice, a piece of candied ginger, and finish with a pinch of chile powder.
