Spicy Mezcalita
Ingredients
- 2 oz de Mezcal 400 Conejos® Joven
- .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .5 oz Honey
- 1 oz Sparkling Water
- 1 Sliced Jalapeño
- Rim: Chili Salt: Mix Pink Himalayan Salt & Chili Powder Together In A Small Bowl
- Garnish: Rim + Rabbit Ear Shaped Grapefruit Slices and Jalapeño
Directions
Mix equal parts of Pink Himalayan salt and chili powder in a small bowl. Wet the rim of a cocktail glass with a lime wedge, then dip the cocktail glass upside down into the chili salt mixture to line the rim. Fill a shaker with ice and add mezcal, lime juice, grapefruit juice, a jalapeño slice and honey. Strain into an ice-filled glass and add a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit wedge and one jalapeño slice.
