Lime Conejada
Ingredients
- 2 oz of Mezcal 400 Conejos® Joven
- 1 Sprig Fresh Dill (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Agave Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz Fresh Cucumber Juice
- 2 oz Chilled Club Soda
- Garnish: Fresh Dill
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle dill, agave syrup, fresh lemon and lime, and 1 tbsp water. Add ice, followed by cucumber juice. Shake and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice and a cucumber slice. Top with club soda, give a brief stir, and garnish with fresh dill.
