Paloma Meets Conejo
Ingredients
- 2 oz of Mezcal 400 Conejos® Joven
- .5 oz Mango Purée
- .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Top w/ Grapefruit Soda
- Salt
- Garnish: Rabbit Ear Shaped Mango Slices
Directions
Using a lemon wedge, rub the outside of the glass and carefully add salt to rim the glass. Add mezcal, lime juice, and mango purée to the glass. Add ice, 1/2 to 3/4 full. Stir and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with rabbit ear shaped mango slices.
